Operations Leader (Heavyweight)

The challenge
- You will dive deep into daily operations and immediately bring structure, focus and result orientation to processes, systems and collaboration.
- You will work closely with chefs and department heads, not shying away from driving improvements and challenging people to be the best they can be.
- You maintain an overview, even under pressure or in the event of setbacks, and are a stable beacon the team can rely on.
- You translate the management's strategic goals into concrete actions, take the lead and ensure that plans become reality.
- You supervise teams and young employees, encourage development and actively transfer knowledge.

- Affinity with manufacturing, logistics or operational environments, and the ability to settle in quickly.
- A strong hands-on mentality and the guts to cut knots where necessary.
- Strong communication skills; you dare to speak out and know how to convince people at all levels.
